Visit West Convention Bureau champions Bristol, Bath and the West of England as an unbeatable location for events and memorable team experiences.
We are a not-for-profit organisation, part of Visit West, the region's official local visitor economy partnership (LVEP), and we offer our free unbiased support and advice to inspire and help event planners to bring their meetings, incentive groups, conferences and exhibitions to our region.
We are available to support at any time during your event planning journey, whether that's finding the perfect venue, negotiating accommodation rates, connecting you with local suppliers, or helping shape an event legacy that outlasts the conference itself.
How we work
