We are pleased to work with event planners and third-party planners to offer unbiased free advice and support to help you to find the best venue for your conference or event.
Venue Finding Service
We offer a complimentary venue finding service. We work with you to understand your requirements and then we do the hard work for you. We gain proposals from suitable venues, collate these responses and send them through to you. We can then help to arrange site visits to your shortlisted venues. Once we find the perfect venue, we introduce you directly to that venue to confirm the final details.

Accommodation for your event delegates
We offer free unbiased advice and support to help you to find the best accommodation for your conference, group or event. We also offer a complimentary group accommodation finding service, where we can negotiate rates, secure bedroom allocations, and create a bespoke web page for you so that delegates can book their accommodation.

Travel Information and discounted delegate rail fares
With our local knowledge, we can recommend the best routes for you and your delegates, whether you’re joining us from within the region or flying in from overseas. Discounted delegate rail fares are available with GWR if you wish to come by train. We can also supply maps and guides if required.
